al-Waraqat is a book on Usual al-Fiqh which has been studied for centuries. It is short and concise, hence the name but despite this it holds a substantial position in the circles of knowledge for being a basic primer or maxim in fiqh. It offers a basic insight into the science of Usul al-Fiqh for the one who intends to embark in search of scared knowledge and islamic sciences.
